Full-Service Partnership

Intensive Case Management Services
We partner with adults experiencing homelessness and mental health challenges, helping them build a path toward stability.

• Life skills development
• Ongoing clinical support

Intensive Case Management Services – Office of Diversion and Reentry
We support individuals returning to the community after involvement with the justice system, addressing both reentry needs and mental health challenges.
Services include:
• Stabilization planning
• Reentry and legal system support
• Housing assistance
• Coordinated behavioral health care
Interim Housing
We offer safe, temporary housing options designed to help community members transition out of homelessness while receiving the support they need.
Program features:
• Short-term housing placements
• Case management on-site
• Connections to long-term housing
• Access to behavioral health services
Unarmed Crisis Response
As a partner with the City of Los Angeles, we serve as a provider for non-violent, non-emergency 911 diversion, sending trained mental health professionals to support individuals in crisis.
Team response includes:
• De-escalation support
• Immediate mental health assessment
• Safety planning
• Connections to ongoing services and housing resources
